well im a sports guy and im still happy about what had happen on sunday when the steelers took the division from the ravens it was the best game of the week i felt that some fouls should have been called aganist the ravens but its alright since we beat them in there home field and we take the divison from them in other news the game that was really good would have to  be the patriots and the jets two great teams and the W went to tom brady and the patriots

Looking back

Hmmmm looking back at how this year of how college started in en001 I can proudly say that yes I have learned alot more then I did coming into this class I improved on ally writing skills since I started my essay come out alot better then it did before there are still some areas for improvement but in time I know I can do better.one thing that I would inform. Someone who is taking this class would to not take it to lightly and to take it as if it were any other class

im choosing to write my essay of my midterm and essay 4 for my prtfoillio because i feel that it would be alot better and alot easier to write it on since with those being my recent essays i feel that it has alot of the work that i have been improving on there and that with my knowlege it can improve to alot more and alot better

sport center

ok this is my sport center and the way ima strat this off is with my favorite sport basket ball. in this 2010-2011 season theres a bunch of questions as in is koby gonna get his 6th ring to tie with jordan and have the lakers tie with championship wins with the boston celtics and boston gonna get ther 19th championship win and have shaq tie up with koby and magic johnson or is the new and improv miami heats big 3 gonna bring back the championship to miami will dwade get his 2nd ring will laberon james and chris bosh get their first ring or will carlos boozer and derick rose from the chicago bulls bring back a championship win ever since jordan left but in all i hope my team the denver nuggets win it all with or without carmelo now that are star player chancy billups leading the team.now for the NFL my team the pittsburg STEELERS with a recent lost to the raining superbowl champions the saints and having a record 5-2 still leading in the AFC north can big ben rothensburger take us to the AFC finals and win the super bowl for the 7th time!! well this idk i hope we do but all i know is that we dont have to worry about 2 teams the dallas cowgirls with a record of 1-6 with tony romo out for the season or the washington redskins who are doing alot better this season idk i just hope for a great season and great games to be expected not critizing any dallas or washinton fans lol

the past is the past

after looking over all the other works that i have turned in i can honestly say that i have improved alot on my writings cant say that im at the excellent level YET but i can say is that i have  improved alot and i know that with the help of this class i can improve alot on my writings

my process

when i first entered this class i didnt know what to expect at first i assumed that my papers were right my original process was to first write a rough draft then right a final draft now my process is alot better i now first write  an out line then i right a rough draft then a final draft then after i done all that i proof read which has really helped me in my writings

the truth will set you free

alot of thought has been put into this whole food inc. and many of the tmes we may feel like "oh thats horriable whats going on " and we all feel this way when we are in the class but do we really feel this way outside of the class like hmmmm maybe when we eat dinner does it slip are mind knowing how we truly got the food that we are eating and how it is affecting us. i for one can say when im eating food after watching this flim it sometimes slips my mined and i contunue to eat but after what i say and read this food is truly not healthy and compines know this which upsets people how they put warning or ingridents on the back of their products knowing that people wont stop and read it all the times before they buy it and to make it more difficult they put it such small letters that makes us just ignore it the whole thing and just buy the food event though we know could sooner or later kill you

ugh yawn yawn morning steps ugh yawn!!

 My morning is a little diffirent i wake up at 6:00a.m. i wake up wanting to go back to bed , but cant got a busy day ahead of me.i start off like everyone else take a shower brush my teeth by 6:30 im done i take my dog pancho outside my back yard so he wont go inside the house. by 6:45 im ironing my Best Buy uniform so i can go to work by 7:00a.m. i fully dressed my mom keeps asking me do you want coffie iknow that proffesor simon has to have her coffie but for me i do not like coffie! idk why but little sister who doesnt do anything has to have her coffie and gets cranky if she doesnt have her coffie!even thought i dont drink i still can feel wide awake and have lots of energy by 7:30 im off to work by 7:35 i call my mom to tell her i forgot to let pancho in lol

what i ate!!

well  yesterday i woke up not as hungry as usuel i didnt eat any thing for breakfest so i went off to school with nothing to eat or drink  expect some vitiamen water and as soon i as i got home i thought i would have time to eat but i didnt beacuse i had to go to work already i got out at 9 and i was starving so i stoped by a mcdonalds and got a mchicken i guess i was so hungry that i ignored the Food inc. movie . when i got home my mom had cook some good  el salvadorean food with a lil mexican and american food and i finally finshed my meal with a salad

 ok so it's the first day of class.So far , so good, i really like the teacher i have she seems very nice.As for the homework on the first day of class not happy about it but it's worth it in the end and im glad im getting for whats my money worth at MC.Cant wait to begin learning things and keep moving on in my education to reach a whole other level of knowlege
